All of you xanga people probably think I've fallen off the face of the earth that's if you're not on facebook or myspace. Because that's is where I spend most of my times these days!

But just for the heck of it I changed my layout on here and thought I'd do a little posting.

I've had a pretty busy crazy summer so far. I've worked a ton of overtime, went home for a week. Which had more than 1 purpose the main thing being I went home for Teresa and Brent's wedding reception which was great! And if all things work out I'm going to WA to see them next summer! Which I'm super stoked about! I'm currently studying for the Praxis test... yuck! I have to take that on August 4th. so prayers would be awesome! Weddings, relationships and, people getting engaged is all I've heard abut! haha. No but seriously! Its like everyone around me fits one of those categories! But its awesome to see the amazing ways God has put all of those awesome couples together! Yea for them! Oh and I just finished reading the book Redeeming Love for the 2nd time. Amazing book if you haven't read it you should. It's my favorite ever!

Okay so this post was totally random. I need to get off of here cause tomorrow morning will be an early one as I have to be up at 5:30!

This past week I was able to attend two of the services at a church in Shelbyville, TN where Life Action Ministries was at. Now most of you know how dear that ministry is to my heart. So first of all it's always a blessing to be able to attend when they are nearby.

Apparently there were more reasons for me to be there than just because I love that ministry. God wanted to speak to me, as he always does. But before I get into that I want to share some lyrics of a powerful song with you. A song that has also spoken to me.

The sermon from Thursday was based on being a disciple of Jesus Christ and what the all takes. The thing that really got me was how much we need to be surrendered to Christ, and how much I'm not. I need that sermon so badly. I've been so unfocused and totally not surrendered to Christ lately but I'm thankful that I can come boldly to the throne of grace and that Jesus always forgives and always loves me. I'm so thankful that he continues to pour his grace into my life!

Another awesome thing I finally got to meet Charity St. Clair what an awesome woman of God! Plus I also got  to see Jini, and Amanda, and meet a few new people! Good times!
